The Founder's Grand Cruise -- an Authentic Voyages original -- invites you to experience the best destinations on the Garonne River, Gironde River, and the Dordogne River, including the Wine Capital of the World and a number of UNESCO World Heritage sites. This European river cruise happens before the infamous Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain, where you'll head to once your cruise is over.

Once the Founder's Grand Cruise has run its course, you'll drive through the Pyrenees mountain range with the Authentic Voyages Pyrenees Express or in your own privately chauffeured car to Spain. Even more awaits on this part of the journey, as you travel to the San Fermin festival in Pamplona just as the character's in Hemingway's The Sun Also Rises did. From watching the Running of the Bulls from the best vantage in town to learning the art of the matador cape at a bull ranch just outside the city, there has never been a better way to experience the Festival of San Fermin.
Enjoy the journey with our founder and team

Mark will be traveling with you for part of this experience before handing over the reins to our capable staff, who will remain with you on the entire cruise through beautiful French wine country and the lively event in Spain. This once-in-a-lifetime experience will most certainly be a memorable journey, equal parts educational and entertaining.
